ABOUT ME
ABOUT
Hello! I'm Jay. 35+, any pronouns are fine. I am an EST-based writer and coder. In this journal, you'll find codes and not much else! You can find me on plurk at
tenbillionghosts. Feel free to add me!
My interests include cooking, music, writing, crochet, video & tabletop games, Appalachian history & folklore, world-building, and horror.
In design, I favor bright, bold colors and clean, geometric, puzzle-piece looks. My codes tend to utilize verticality as a feature, auto-generating scroll wheels, and details tags, rather than "multi-page" anchor link codes. I probably will not make anchor link codes.
I love releasing modular codes, mix-n-match sets that let you take a code and make it feel more like your own. I also enjoy making codes that don't fit into the basic categories like "biosheet", "muselist", "permissions", etc., and am always looking for inspo! So don't hesitate to make a suggestion on the suggestion box.
While I can't always achieve full mobile compatibility on my codes, I do test my codes on various screen resolutions and tag the ones that don't break or create horizontal scroll bars on phone screens.
As of 2024, I am no longer testing my codes for compatibility with InsaneJournal. Most codes SHOULD work out of the box on that and other journal sites, though! While I am happy to do some troubleshooting of IJ compatibility on a case-by-case basis, I am no longer interested in designing from the ground up to support its code base.
RP-wise, you might catch me on bakerstreet occasionally! My canons at present are Final Fantasy 14, Honkai Star Rail, and Baldur's Gate 3. Feel free to DM me if you'd be interested in writing together!
Please check out my overview entry for code usage policy, an explainer for my tagging system (to find my codes more easily), and links to useful resources.

COMMISSIONS
Commissions for personal use only. For professional or commercial-use inquiries, please DM me for information. At the moment, my workload prohibits me from taking on any commissions -- sorry!
If you just have a suggestion you'd like to see, head over to the SUGGESTIONS POST. If you would just like to throw money at me for the codes I have already released, consider donating to MY KO-FI.
